Parent Facilities

Parent Room facilities are located on Level 1 and 2 which include Private Feeding Rooms, Microwave facilities, and lounges for feeding.

Parents with Prams parking is available at all entrances.

Banks & ATMs

Banks that are currently at Knox Shopping Centre include: ANZ Bank, Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank, St George Bank and Westpac.

Throughout the centre there are over 20 ATMs, ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB, Westpac, St George, Bank of Queensland and Reditellers.

Gift Vouchers

Stuck for a gift idea? (...a Christmas, Birthday or Wedding present...) Why not purchase a Knox Shopping Centre gift voucher.

Gift vouchers can be purchased 7 days a week from the Customer Service Centre located on Level 2, near Rebel Sport. Credit card payments are not accepted.

Gift Vouchers are redeemable at participating retailers (ask your friendly Customer Service representative) and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

ShopMobility

ShopMobility is an innovative program designed to assist customers with limited mobility, including those with temporary and permanent disabilities, and the aged. ShopMobility is located at the Customer Service Centre on Level 2, near Rebel Sport.

Services include:

Electric scooters
Manual wheelchairs
Walking aids
Ezy Lift
Pick up and drop off zone

Carparking: There are 22 ShopMobility carparks located on Level 1, near Adairs and on Level 2, near Rebel Sport. There are also 16 specially designated disabled carparks in these areas.

Kiddie Karts are FREE to hire! Knox Shopping Centre has 28 Kiddie Karts for busy mums, dads and grandparents to hire from the Customer Service Centre on Level 2, near Rebel Sport.
